What we are looking for?

We are looking for bartenders who have experience with cocktails. The skills we are looking for:

• Knowledge about all kinds of drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol)
• You are creative and can make up a ‘cocktail of the week’
• You know how to work hard
• You can perform under pressure
• You are a team worker
• Your English language is good (speaking is most important)
• It’s a plus when you speak Dutch, German and/or Spanish

Your responsabilities

As the head bartender your responsibilities are:

• As the head bartender your responsibilities are
• Keeping control over the bar
• Give instructions to your co-worker at the bar (in high season)
• Make sure the bar is refilled and clean at the end of the evening
• Make sure the Mise en Place is ready every day
• Make sure to have all the ingredients for the next day
